Policies

We love our clients and aim to service you. Please see below a list of our policies.

Etiquette

  • Please arrive 10 mins before your laser appointment to complete all forms.

  • Though we are happy to service our customers, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointments if you are ill.

Cancellation/ Transfers

Packaged Laser Sessions

  •   There is a $15 fee for no shows, cancellation, and appointment reschedules within 24hrs, the fee will be charged at the next appointment.

  • Unused packages are transferable within 30 days of purchase

Single Laser Sessions

  • A $25 non-refundable deposit will be charged upon booking your appointment. In the case of a no show/cancellation or reschedule within, this deposit will be lost.

  • All deposits paid at the time of booking is applied to the balance to be paid at the end of your service.

Refunds

  • Packages are refundable within 30 days of purchase, after which we will only accept transfers, once treatments have not commenced.

  • All singles session charges are non-refundable.

Age Restriction

Please note that we will only be accepting clients 18+; otherwise a written parental consent is required during consultation.
