Membership Terms

​

• Monthly Membership: The NU U Skin Club is a 12-month subscription program. 

• Billing Cycle: Membership fees are billed automatically every 30 days from your sign-up date.

• No Refunds: All membership payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash.

• Memberships are open to clients aged 16 and over.

Payment & Cancellations

• Auto-Billing Required: A valid credit card must be on file for automated billing.

• Cancellation Policy: To cancel your membership, written notice (email or in-spa form) must be provided at least 30 days before your next billing date. 

• Cancel Fee - $100

• Late or Failed Payments: If your payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. If unpaid for more than 7 days, your membership may be suspended.

• Freeze up to 60 days/year after being on subscription for at least 3 months (unbilled, treatments paused).

Appointments

• Monthly Service Use: Your included monthly service (facial or laser) must be booked within the billing cycle.

• Rollover Policy: Services do not roll over unless otherwise stated in a special promotion. Unused services expire at the end of your monthly cycle.

• Priority Booking: Members receive early access to booking windows, but appointment times are still subject to availability.

 Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment.

• No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without notice will result in the loss of that month’s service or a $50 charge

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Membership Perks

• Member Discounts: As a NU U Skin Club member, you’ll receive special pricing on products, add-ons, and select treatments.

• Exclusive Offers: You’ll also be eligible for members-only promotions, seasonal bonuses, and early access to new services.

 Additional Terms

• Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

• NU U Nails & Spa reserves the right to update or change policies with 30 days' written notice.

• Abusive behavior or repeated violations of policies may result in termination of membership without refund.
